Native Puerto Rican here. I needed hormones at age 12 due to an endocrine issue. I would not be alive today if I wasn’t able to get it. This will affect 99% Puerto Rican kids in my or similar situations, 0.1% those pesky evil transes they want to screw everyone over to wipe from existence.
