Its not about writing a blog, its about providing value. A blog that waste people's time is bad, there are good and bad blogs. We need to make sure its correct information with good sources, actual and relevant, that isn't bad influence. I wish more people did blogs and of higher quality !

Don't confuse privacy with basic security. Getting scammed on shady sites is a security issue, not privacy. Data collection isn't evil. I actually want personalized ads. People blindly repeat that it’s bad when it’s just smart convenience. 2/3

Stop caring too deeply about privacy. Trying to control every trace is just a rabbit hole. Chasing GrapheneOS, burner numbers, and Tor tohide daily life will make you care even less than anything. Why is the donating experience this bad. You search the documentation, website and wonder where it is, or read the readme and realize its absent, that there is NOTING set in place to receive funding, or that github sponsor is absent on mobile app, that the applications store policies are HORRIBLE.

It always is delayed for cloud version, so as to have more stability for the cloud users. Meaning the self hosted community adopt latest version, and if any problems are found they can get fixed before comming to cloud. Thats actually better. But yeah sometime I also feel impatience waiting.

Self-hosted software needs to start offering SQLite / file-based databases as an option. Your average self-hoster doesn't need a dedicated PostgreSQL or MySQL. Save your software from being deleted just because it consumes too many resources on a cheap VPS shared across 10 other self-hosted apps

Well then we can with the webhooks allow for integrations with any platform without depending on shoutrrr to implement integration. Then we could also use n8n and zapier and so on which would be great. And for a platform you didn't mention I'm thinking of Mattermost.
