For over 50 years they've tried to keep status quo against Honda/Toyota, Lexus, Kia/Hyundai, etc. Always on the backfoot. 040

Dealers and service departments would rather do oil changes until the heat death of the universe rather than preparing to be competitive with European and Asian EVs. 101

Again, they wish every single one was lemoned and bought back so they can keep making money on the routine service of gas/diesel trucks. 100

Most of the time spent in service has been waiting for the service dept. to get around to servicing it. GM had a new battery at the dealer in less than 72hr. 100
