Every time I've seen him host he seems to bomb his monologue so badly. And name dropping Joe Rogan was weird too. I can't believe he's hosted 3 times

Went to the Eiteljorg museum today while in Indianapolis. One of the most interesting museums I've been in to in a long time. Such an unique perspective that I definitely haven't seen at a museum before. Free admission too since we happened to be here on indigenous people's day

I went to the ashp futures conference on Ai and was shocked that everyone is using it to write letters of recommendation and how many people want it to respond to my chart messages. I don't want to read Ai's thoughts on a student and I don't want it talking to my patients for me

I am on a lot of Ai calls lately and everyone is all in on it. I have lots of concerns about it, but the idea that it's going to "free everyone up to spend more time with patients" and not "see more patients with less staff" drives me crazy n

I'm a geriatric pharmacist in primary care and feel like most of my time isn't helping select the most effective med, it's trying to help patients with cognitive impairment navigate the whole prescription process.(co-pays, prior auths, etc). I can barely figure it out myself

Have a visually impaired patient having trouble reading her pill bottles. Any services or devices that help with this? Looks like cvs has a free service called "spoken rx" but I'm embarrassed to say I don't have more solutions than that #pharmsky

Yea.. I think one was like a weird qid altace that got approved. And it wasn't me writing a long appeal or anything. I think it was something like... "has the patient been on this?"

I've done a few prior auths for crazy old brand drugs and I always think "no way this will be covered" and I'll give basically zero good rationale and it almost always is.

So my kids wanted to get a mushroom kit when we went to the hardware store. We planted it probably more than a month ago and nothing happened. Today after some rain now there were a ton in that same spot. I had given up, but today we have a ton but forgot what we bought. Are they safe. #mushroom

I am really shocked at the amount of people saying that the headline is "correct". If a patient was picking up semaglutide for their diabetes and they asked me what the side effects were and I said a side effect was "a reduction in cardiovascular death" they'd think I was mocking them.
