Update, I'm happy to report that this works! You can send any camera or video feed to the Switch 2 from your pc via a capture card. Also a way to screenshare pc games to your friends over the (crunchy-quality-low-fps) Nintendo call/chat system as well, if you want to do that :) #Vtuber #Switch2

That's 4/5 sigil pieces from Yama contracts done - ~15 / 1 / 1 / ~40 tries respectively. Gonna have to wait a while to do the last one because 1.5m-2m/attempt is silly. Great challenge, though the one-mistake-and-you-die aspect for bloodied blows was mentally draining - to say the least. #OSRS

For the #OSRS streamers/video makers out there: Check your Scale Filtering setting in OBS - It's subtle but can make things look a bit cleaner for viewers. (Bicubic or Lanczos seem to look best to me but might just be personal preference - Will have an image comparison below as well)

Since the Switch 2 supports 3rd party webcams I'm pretty sure you'll be able to use a cheap capture card as a "webcam" - with OBS outputting to it (main use case I can think of is vtubers, of course) Used a Steam Deck here but in theory works on the Switch 2 - Detailed instructions in alt text!

This requires:
A spare HDMI port on your GPU (or Displayport to HDMI converter) & Cable
Any cheap capture card (For example https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08Z3XDYQ7)
OBS

Hardware:

Plug in the HDMI to your GPU, and the other end to the Capture Card.
Plug the capture card into whatever device you want the feed on (Steam Deck used here, probably works on Switch 2!)
Capture card should show as an extra monitor on your PC, can be used as a webcam where you plugged it in.

Software:

Create a new OBS scene & create your "webcam feed" on it (vtuber model, background etc)
Right click the scene in the scene list -> Full-Screen Projector (Scene) -> Select the "monitor" your webcam's registeredas (In my case, "HDMI TO USB")

Then it should... Just work?

***Obligatory "This specific setup working with the Switch 2 is unconfirmed" disclaimer but Nintendo's site says it works with 3rd party webcams so odds are pretty good!
