I don't have many new things to share, having problems with creating those under the pressure of everyday life. So I think I'll be posting some oldies but goodies for a while, ok? Starting with this drawing of #Mello from #DeathNote c: #art #sketch #amaryllex #mihaelkeehl #anime

Heyo, I made a new account on Tumblr recently. Idk, just felt like returning to there. It doesn't mean that I'm leaving this platform. Just if you have an account on Tumblr and if you find it convenient, you can join me there~ www.tumblr.com/amaryllex

I'd decided long ago that Bug would be among those MF characters that I'd like to try to draw first, but I kept putting this off because I didn't really know how to approach him. He's an unusual type for me. I don't recall ever drawing characters like this, haha. #MetalFamily #amaryllex #art #sketch

Btw, the quote above refers to this sketch from the creators of the MF show. Heavy mocks Dee and literally says that thing about him hating everyone because of wearing eye makeup, which Dee finds "very funny"

Amaryllex @amaryllex.bsky.social · 11/02/2026

Another version of the piece. Dee says something like "Back off already" in response to a bunch of irritating comments received from his fans #metalfamily #dee #art #sketch #amaryllex

Also, I quite HATE the character limits on most socials, this is so unhandy when it comes to sharing texts consisting of 3500+ characters (my usual format, lol). But currently all those potentially interested people familiar to me prefer these platforms. I can't accept this, it's against my nature.

Disinformation sucks. As well as the lack of energy for regular updates. My mental condition even doesn't let me appear online more often than once in a blue moon, haha

000

Amaryllex @amaryllex.bsky.social · 18/03/2025

Experiencing a huge dilemma: due to that I almost don't share what I have on my projects people barely get interested in my work, which hurts, but even if I'd like to share more, I'm never sure that the info I have won't change the next minute, lol

000

Amaryllex @amaryllex.bsky.social · 18/03/2025

Ah yeah, I haven't been sharing much of my work on the project openly in these latter months, nor have I been drawing much. Been only posting some notes on the plot and other stuff in progress in my closed community on VK and on Boosty, feeling that what I have isn't good enough yet to share, idk.

But feeling a little better than during the last year - that was totally horrible in all possible aspects, not only art.

Amaryllex @amaryllex.bsky.social · 18/03/2025

Because I made a step out of stagnation in my work on LotW in February, thanks to that I closed some super huge holes in the plot and it inspired me a little. Still having problems with motivation for drawing, to be honest.

Considering how I had vomitted art pieces 24/7 until 2018, I think, I've only been experienceing 50 shades of burnout since then. And the huge list of my health problems doesn't help the situation at all. Last year was the poorest content-wise. Hopefully this year there will be some progress.

You're welcome! I'm afraid that due to being mainly offline I totally missed HOW MUCH YOU'VE GROWN AS AN ARTIST😭😭😭

This dude of mine is Spanish tho xD

Long time no see! Here's a thing I've made recently. It's a safe version of the panel I've drawn for The Awkward S*x Meme, made specifically for posting outside my Boosty. While the original piece involves a failed dirty-talk, tee-hee. #art #anthro #furry #sketch

Yeah, understandable. Let's hope the trouble gets resolved soon.

I can't say for sure, but maybe, there's no need to take the risk, in fact. As the staff has invalidated all log in sessions on their own, probably.

Yeah, and Dragoneer's Twitter too. They recommend to check out the updates on their official Discord.

What emotions do you have when looking at Sergio from 2018 and Sergio from 2024? What can you say about these two versions of the character? Do you think that they have something in common, or do they seem to be different persons?

Amaryllex @amaryllex.bsky.social · 12/07/2024

Mi guapo Sergio ❤️ This piece was started as a redraw of one thing from 2018, but eventually just turned into an independent drawing of Sergio's current design. I have shared more info on my Boosty. #amaryllex #art #redraw #anthro #furry #guitar #flamenco

The old version was drawn in 2018 for the Jim Carrey expressions meme. Here's the exression I booked back then.

Felt like creating a new version of one old thing, in case of important negotiations. It's about the character's current design rather than my current art skills. #amaryllex #art #redraw #anthro #furry

Impressive power requires corresponding sacrifices. Or the owner must have an extremely strong inner core - to be the only one who's sacrificed, the only source of energy for spirits. Great power comes with great responsibility. It's a great gift. And a great curse. #art #amaryllex #anthro #furry
