yeahh intensity slider seems to be the most logical path. I would also test more controllers but I only got my 8bitdo... was thinking of picking up the SC as well for touchpad testing but $100... man...

are you using Godot? I'm currently working on implementing rumble stuff and have been kinda stumped by the difference between Steam's API and Godot's. if there's differences in intensities between controllers as well then truly a nightmare awaits me

i guess not to mention the joy of seeing actual progress in the project instead of not moving for weeks/months because the few team members you have (in my case usually myself) are too busy with the horrors of life and work. i look forward to seeing something awesome some day

late but the part about going from just messing around with a friend to now having to be a director is so real. i've gone through the same thing with my game and it is both very exciting to see new people make cool new things of your thing and equally very very exhausting to have to steer that all

valve did tell the Verge that the Frame will be cheaper than Index, but specs wise it also does kind of just look like a Quest 3 with some cut corners like monochrome pass-through and the whole 'streaming-first' thing. sooo I'm hopeful

We're making a survival horror home defense game called COMING HOME that I think looks pretty cool...

In-game screenshot; The player is standing in some hallway. At the end of the hallway, there is a doorway. In the doorway stands a man with a clown mask. He has a hammer in his hand and is staring menacingly at the player.
