I swear some people would have it so that we only speak like in 1984, where you aren't allowed to say any negative words and if you want to describe something negatively you have to call it "Not good" or "Not smart" and if you're super serious about it you say "Double not good" or "Double not smart"

It is true though that reality itself has a political bias, so no amount of tweaking an algorithm can make that reality neutral (nor should it). For algorithms that are meant primarily for entertainment though, they can be made more neutral than they currently are, though never completely neutral.

That's kind of true, but too broad to entirely encompass the issue. For example algorithms for search engines where people go to find answers to questions has an entirely different goal than algorithms meant for sites like YouTube where its goal is to entertain the user.
