📢 Our new paper is out in BMC Public Health! 📉 Teacher mental health in Australia has declined since 2011—not because job demands increased, but b/c autonomy dropped. 17 years of national data shows teachers are more vulnerable to the same demands due to less job control. doi.org/10.1186/s128...
