Nu met die box 3 plannen komt steeds vaker de vraag naar boven, wanneer ben je rijk? Bij welk vermogen?
Het is natuurlijk relatief, voor iemand die €10.000 vermogen heeft, is iemand met €100.000 rijk. Voor iemand met €100.000 vermogen is een ander met
€1.000.000 vermogen rijk. Het is dan makkelijk om af te geven op degene die iets meer vermogen heeft. Oke, 10x zoveel vermogen is inderdaad erg veel, maar het is nog bevatbaar en te begrijpen. Maar de echte rijke mensen, de allerrijksten, deze hebben zoveel geld en vermogen, dat is gewoon niet te bevatten. En juist doordat het niet te bevatten is, kunnen we daar ook niet afgunstig op zijn. Maar daar zouden we ons wel hard voor moeten maken, om daar extra belasting op te halen. En niet afgunstig zijn op degene die iets meer hebben en ons tegen elkaar op laten zetten. We zouden ons moeten verenigen. De echte rijken lachen zich kapot. De gewone mensen zijn voor hun net mieren, zo klein en arm, en als twee mieren met elkaar vechten is dat voor hun entertainment.

Laten we even reeël zijn. Mensen met €30.000
vermogen zijn niet rijk. Mensen met €300.000 vermogen zijn niet rijk. Mensen met een vermogen boven de miljoen zijn al wat rijker, niet erg rijk, maar mogen niet klagen, zij mogen best wat extra belasting bijdragen. Maar de allerrijksten, daar zijn miljonairs niks bij.
