Exactly and there’s a lot more too. FB is an advertiser’s heaven for their data mining.

Don’t worry, Sogard is good for 40 HRs next year

This is also why they heavily push Fenway Park to visiting teams via travel sites - at least a few locals have caught on that it’s not worth spending their money.

What’ he going to say, I think I’m a terrible GM?

000

Alvin Chipmunk @alvinchipmunk.bsky.social · 05/10/2026

Let’s be honest, they don’t give a flying you know what about the fans

Alvin Chipmunk @alvinchipmunk.bsky.social · 05/10/2026

Also of course Bres praises him - he wildly overpaid.

Alvin Chipmunk @alvinchipmunk.bsky.social · 05/10/2026

Too bad he can't hit & has mostly declined every year in MLB

000

Alvin Chipmunk @alvinchipmunk.bsky.social · 05/10/2026

He gives 2 choices: 1) He's lying 2) He's stupid enough to bring back the same pitcher who failed in Game 1 (and most of Sept.) to almost the same situation in Game 2 and expect a different result.

Alvin Chipmunk @alvinchipmunk.bsky.social · 05/10/2026

"And in fact, Breslow did not plan for me to say this either".

Alvin Chipmunk @alvinchipmunk.bsky.social · 05/10/2026

Translation: telling hitters to use the Driveline method to swing as hard as they can is definitely not causing bone fractures & hand problems. Really - I checked with RFK Jr.

Alvin Chipmunk @alvinchipmunk.bsky.social · 05/10/2026

They're going to think about it?? Really? Pete Alonso is laughing!

Alvin Chipmunk @alvinchipmunk.bsky.social · 04/10/2026

Too much Tolle adoration by the press. OK, he’s a great personality, I get it. But really all I care about is how he can pitch.

000

Alvin Chipmunk @alvinchipmunk.bsky.social · 03/10/2026

I’m in (your new feed) but I’ll never recover because it’s just going to be more of the same for the Red Sox as long as Henry owns the team and Breslow is the GM

000

Alvin Chipmunk @alvinchipmunk.bsky.social · 01/10/2026

Reason people like Gray & Fried are effective 3rd time through the order is that they’re not killing themselves throwing hard as they can on every pitch, so they can continue to keep hitters off balance. Can’t figure out why the analytics nerds don’t know that. #RedSox #MLBPlayoffs #MLB #Yankees

Sonny Gray says there’s ‘a lot of baseball left in me,’ but is undecided about what’s next - The Boston Globe

The righthander had a solid season for the Red Sox, but was unhappy with being lifted in the fifth inning of Game 2 on Wednesday.

The worst thing about this situation is the knowledge that nothing is going to change

All those contract extensions might have been premature. The Sox actually regressed from last year.

So far the "lock up" thing - pioneered by the Rays w/Longoria I believe - hasn't worked that well for the Sox: Bello Rafaela Campbell Anthony Let's see how they approach Tolle. Also what do to about Adley who hasn't been good for a few years really.
