I started because I wanted to start running after seeing so many people on ig doing the same, but my knees were not happy with me during the first week and so I had to take it easy to recover and build up some strength in my legs

I’ve been trying to incorporate long walks into my daily routine especially after I eat and it’s been so nice being outside and noticing little things and people and their pets around the area

Doggust day 29: Pâtisserie 🥐 I was on the fence about dachsbun until I saw one in pokopia and now I've seen the light.
