The helentiffany account was banned by Bluesky. My advice for all content creators: If approached to have your content purchased via NFT, report the post and block the account. It is ALWAYS a scam. They will ask you to move the conversation to DM or even another platform to avoid detection.

Japan has a form of Universal Healthcare that involves insurance, but all businesses and hospitals must run as non-profit and Doctors salaries are capped. This means that Healthcare is available to almost everyone in Japan at about 1/4 the cost of the USA.
