It’s sort of disturbing to me that there are so many people who think art is inherently a form of entertainment, or that entertainment is a requirement for art.

Ace Attorney announcements at this point involve the monkey’s paw growing new fingers after running out of ones to curl.

But don’t worry, Metroid II. I still love you. I will always love you.

Seeing more people get into Metroid is great because it’s also meant seeing more people play Metroid II. This also means there is an uptick in people who don’t like Metroid II.

Some people are just naturally funny while I’m trapped in the sometimes category.

At the end of the day, winning doesn’t matter unless of course I’m the one winning.

One of fiction’s most evil villains.

Super Metroid really is the greatest to ever do it.

No game developers have personally impacted me more than Shu Takumi and Davey Wreden.

Fusion itself addresses that the Galactic Federation would likely eventually come to understand Samus’s actions and forgive them.

010

Alta @altacore.bsky.social · 15/09/2026

When people talk about the Galactic Federation hunting Samus after Fusion, I think about how that would have ignored part of the point of Fusion’s ending had it happened. Sure, Samus ponders what will happen, but Adam straight up says, “Do not worry. One of them will understand. One of them must.”

What if Toby Fox has been hiding his face because he’s Gaster? *Gaster theme distantly plays behind me.*

That sure was the Ocarina of Time remake.

I’m honestly fairly apprehensive to the idea of a Super Metroid remake, and if it winds up happening, I sure hope it proves my doubts wrong.

Legend of Korra has clearly had a lot of foreshadowing to the inevitable final clash between Korra and Amon where Korra uses a new waterbending technique to make Amon piss himself on the biggest stage. This act of "peebending" is so embarrassing, the Equalists lose all support instantly.

Have people considered that UNALTERED (if it exists) could just be within DELTARUNE itself rather than being a third game?
