Meeting new people has me asking myself why I'm such a weirdo hahahahah

Holiday Hooshles @alruic.bsky.social · 01/01/2026

Most important new years resolution for myself-- At the end of the night when I'm done drawing, POST WHAT I HAVE DONE. I really need to post more even if its just sketches and work in progresses @v@;;;

I wanted to do like.. a lingerie pinup series of the Mane Six. If people like them enough I'll ink and shade them, and maybe offer them as stickers? Anyways, I gotta finish 'em before I can think about that lol got Fluttershy, Rarity, and soon-to-be Rainbowdash

Okay so this is actually a SUPER OLD piece that I didn't realize I never posted LOL I was practicing something with this that I don't remember now, but I love how it came out! Its Toby's character that I don't think has a name yet hahhaha

I've said before but; one of my favorite boredom busters is redrawing old artwork of mine. The first piece I drew was in 2011. I was already 20 when I drew this, but my step-mom saw me post this online and she told my dad, and the pair of them were QUITE concerned that I was drawing g a y men.

Another doodle of my OC Donnie, featuring Toby's oc Alex! Donnie is a duck/human, so I had to give him a ridiculously sized penis LOL Alex is a very small unicorn, so its basically the same size as him.

Commission for SirisTheGreat and ComradeCarl! My backgrounds are becoming progressively more shape LOL

Holiday Hooshles @alruic.bsky.social · 09/10/2025

An old character of mine, Donnie! He's gone through a few changes over the years of using him, so I decided to redraw one of his older designs! This particular one is from 2013 I believe? Fun fact: it was this nerd that put into motion me and Toby meeting and falling in love uwu <3

Day 3 of my traditional drawtober. I'm almost caught up LOL Tried coloring in grayscale, it was a moderate success. Toby's oc Sage!

Holiday Hooshles @alruic.bsky.social · 04/10/2025

Oh here's day 2 of my traditional drawtober! I didn't feel like coloring this one so I decided to do some ink techniques to make it pop hahah Featuring my oc Saunter. This theme was "tentacles"!

Holiday Hooshles @alruic.bsky.social · 04/10/2025

It makes me irrationally upset how Toby hung the electric symbol on the wall lmao

Holiday Hooshles @alruic.bsky.social · 04/10/2025

I've been drawing characters of mine as warmups and end-of-day doodles. As you can see by the timestamp this was done earlier this year. These are my sibling characters, Pandora and Emma. Same parents just... y'know, things happened LOL bsky doesn't give me enough typing space to explain.

So this year I'm choosing from several October prompts to keep myself from stagnating. Going all traditional! Off to a late start ofc, but the first prompt I chose was jack-o-lantern! Featuring my immortal masochistic cat, Zhiro :) (Tw: Light gore)

Traditional artwork of an anthro black cat wearing a jack-o-lantern on his head while carving it. Some blood leaks from the smile.

For now we'll have to use our imagination for what Kalen punished Koda with; but here we can at least see the aftermath! I'm sure it was a good lesson taught uwu

SO back in 2020 I drew Toby's character Jack. I Guess I never uploaded it?? I was going to link to it to show the difference but WOOPS. ANYWAYS I wanted to redo it for Toby's birthday LAST year. But I just struggle with getting it shaded, so I left it here! Might finish it one day, but until then.

051

Holiday Hooshles @alruic.bsky.social · 22/09/2025

A second part to [this] commission; Koda seems to be enjoying his punishment a little too much. But what exactly does Kalen have in mind...?

finally sat down and got 18 pieces of artwork queued up in postybirb =7= Queuing them up like this helps me SO much because even though the auto-post never works, its nice having everything ready to go at one click of a button. Getting them all set up on the other hand....

Life update! Next monday is my gallbladder assessment, to make sure things are still going according to my october surgery. Toby woke up with a bedbug bite after wednesday's second fumigation. Not too concerned since they'll die out, only slight since we haven't had any bites in 2 weeks.

Holiday Hooshles @alruic.bsky.social · 10/09/2025

that adhd moment when you've got tons of artwork to post to socials, but its too much that its overwhelming and you just can't do it. Then you get more art done, and then there's even more to post and its even more overwhelming to get it done.
