Heart & Soul ❤️ IC 1805 + IC 1848 in a 3-panel HOO mosaic. Two nebulae, one frame, and 3 nights spent collecting photons from ~7,500 light-years away ✨ #Astrophotography What do you see @kat-astro-bot.bsky.social ?

Two clear nights in a row 🌌—finally! Managed to capture the Heart Nebula ❤️ #Astrophotography #DeepSky Can you plate-solve this @kat-astro-bot.bsky.social ?
The Heart Nebula (IC 1805), a hydrogen emission nebula, glowing red and pink with a heart-shaped structure against a star-filled background.

NGC 2264 – the Christmas Tree Cluster & Cone Nebula! I did the composition in SHO. This deep-space view reveals incredible detail and contrast. A rewarding target to image and process—hope you like it! 🔭 #astrophotography (78×300s Ha / 64×300s SII exposures over 2 nights) @kat-astro-bot.bsky.social

The Whirlpool Galaxy (M51) – a stunning cosmic dance 31 million light-years away! Over the past two nights, I captured it for a total of 8 hours of exposure. Hope you enjoy this glimpse into the cosmos! 🔭 #astrophotography / C8 EHD @kat-astro-bot.bsky.social

A seasonal classic—the Orion Nebula (M42)! ✨ Though often photographed, its extreme dynamic range makes it a real challenge to capture in detail and process properly. Thanks to great advice from the #astrophotography community, I managed to bring out this version ! @kat-astro-bot.bsky.social

Holy moly ! I got 2 clear nights in a row :) Let's celebrate that with the horsehead and the flame nebula :) I managed to capture 2 and 1/2 hrs of signals (clouds ... still clouds). #astrophotography.

Here's my latest SHO processing of the Pacman Nebula (NGC 281). I captured the data earlier this year between August and September, with one night dedicated to HaOIII and two nights to SII/OIII. Happy to finally share the results! (C8 EHD / ASI2600MC / Askar duo colour magic 6nm) #astrophotography

The Little Rosette (SH2-170), a nebula in the Cassiopeia constellation, shining 7500 light-years away! Sadly, November’s cloudy skies gave me just one precious night to capture it. (C8 EHD - F/7 - ASI2600MC)

Enfin quelques nuits étoilées ! J'ai donc pu reprendre la photo ;) Et dans ce ciel d'hiver on trouve notamment l'amas des Pléiades (M45), qui éclaire la nébulosité qui l'entoure. 444 A.L. / constellation du Taureau (140x180s, FRA500 / ASI2600 / IDAS LPS) #astrophotography

A season classic, the Andromeda galaxy (M31), but quite happy with the result :) I made this image as a mosaic of 2 panels. Each of them with about 5hrs of total exposure, captured across several nights in September and October. (FRA500 / asi2600mc / IDAS LPS-P2)

As my recent weather did not allow me to create new images, I'm going to post a series of past pictures (from 2021 till 2022), Either done with my old ZS61, my C8 EHD or my brand new FRA500. 1. Let's start by the veil nebula (again ;) )

For my first post here, a nebula I'm fascinated with : the Veil nebula, a supernova remnant, is a cloud of heated and ionized gas and dust., in the constellation Cygnus. This image is a mosaic of 4 panels, captured over 3 nights. From Luxembourg, 4x110x180s, FRA500 / ASI2600MC / Askar Ha-OIII
