As much as I loved John de Lancie as Q in Star Trek and Brendan Fraser as Rick O'Connell in The Mummy, the real answer has to be Andreas Katsulas as G'Kar in Babylon 5. I literally cannot think of a single greater fit for the character

Andreas Katsulas as G'Kar from Babylon 5. He's wearing full face makeup and prosthetics, and looks like a reptilian alien with spotted leathery skin. He has a bald head, with intense brows over sunken, blood-red eyes and a ridged nose, and he has a sharp chin. He's wearing what looks like some kind of leather jacket over a chainmail shirt and gloves.

So I'm still running into the same issue. It's not curing to the plate at all, its just curing to the transparent bit at the bottom of the vat. That little rectangle in the center is the cones test
