No, and no (if the OCS were real I would reconsider).

I find that the better my first draft is, or tries to be, the harder it is to edit. I've been having an easier time of it by deliberately leaving out stage direction and such, just writing dialogue for some scenes. Then when I go back, it's easier for me to catch errors because it's already

Check the comments and you'll see the reason we got a second chapter 🤭 #WarriorNun

So first of all, Wyper is brilliant and you should read all of his stuff. Second, she wrote this, which you should also read: bsky.app/profile/will...

It feels so, so good to get a comment on a fic that hasn't had interaction for years.

put me back in it (darling, I would do it again) chapter 10 Beatrice does therapy, spends a pleasant evening with Ava and Dora (NO FUNNY BUSINESS), and spends a less pleasant evening with...Serena? S...Stella? Probably begins with an "S." archiveofourown.org/works/715104... #WarriorNun #wnfics

Week (sort of) 7 of the #WarriorNun Fan Fiction Book Club and we have a THIS IS HOW YOU LOSE THE TIME WAR AU I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW THIS EXISTED UNTIL ANDI SENT ME THE LINK THANK YOU ANDI It's so good. It's got less than 350 kudos. It's a certified hidden gem. archiveofourown.org/works/437128...

Image of a poster in the style of a light mode archive of our own webpage with multiple tabs named after common tropes, such as slow burn, hurt slash comfort, and alternate universe. The text is formatted like an archive of our own fic entry and reads as follows:

Weekly Fanfiction Book Club

There’s no such thing as too many Avatrice tabs. Pick one tab. Read it. Come scream about it with us. Every week, one member chooses a one-shot or short fic for everyone to read, then we'll gather on on Bluesky and Tumblr to discuss it together. We'll talk about our favourite moments, character, themes, and all the feelings in between. Then we’ll each leave a comment to show some love to the authors!
This week’s pick by @alms4oblivion is "I want to meet you in every place I ever loved" by phwaa. Discussion date will be Tuesday the 20th of October 2026.

The following text is formatted in black text on a gray rectangle in the style of archive of our own’s filter section, and contains the following information:
Requirements for the fic chosen to be read are just that it is either a one-shot or a completed short fic under 50,000 words. If you're interested in choosing the next read: You can either host a week where you'll choose a fic and lead the discussion or recommend a fic by sending us a suggestion for the future week. Drop a message to @drizzleoftherain.bsky.social, @alms4oblivion.bsky.social, or @maxmayo11.bsky.social to get started!

So the nice thing about the fic is that it's different enough that it does not spoil the book. The ending is different, the story beats are different, the characters are different, but the general setting, conflict, and vibes are still very similar. I think you should be safe to read.

I just read one of the best fics I've ever encountered, less than 400 kudos, absolute diamond-in-the-rough, never even heard of it before, hat tip to @/switzerlanbaby.bsky.social for the rec. Stay tuned for the next book club pick because if it's this one, you're in for a treat. #WarriorNun

I feel like Beatrice needed a lot of shaking in all of these, to be honest. 😅

Alms4Oblivion @alms4oblivion.bsky.social · 13/10/2026

Classic angst in this one, I think this was the first I read with Beatrice in a relationship with someone other than Ava.
