I'm reading "To Sleep in a Sea of Stars" a science fiction novel written by American author Christopher Paolini, it seems to owe a lot to #TheExpanse however it is a really great book in it's own right. I just love it. The world building is awesome and I really like the characters. #booksky

I've just re-read "The Mercy of Gods" book one and the "Livesuit" novella which are part of "The Captive's War" series. Next comes the recently released "The Faith of Beasts" 😀 I love these guys, they write amazing characters and worlds that seem real. I hope they do a TV adaptation. #JamesSACorey

It follows the characters as they struggle to establish themselves as useful to the Carryx, while also establishing alliances and determining how to gain their freedom.

When I was in Egypt I bought a vintage hand carved alabaster canopic jar, when packing to come home I dropped it. Despite it being in bubble wrap I smashed the ears to powder, I decided to repair it. I used Fimo, watercolour and ceramic varnish. I’m pleased with the result
