TROPICS | It's officially here! Not Arthur yet, but we now have Potential Tropical Cyclone One. This means the NHC can now issue advisories on this storm. Tropical Storm Watches are now up for Texas and Louisiana. Heavy rain and dangerous flash flooding are expected.

Happy Saturday! Expect partly cloudy skies today with the best rain chance east of I-75 thanks to the west wind. That will give us a 10-20% chance of a pop up shower or storm near the coast through 2 p.m. Much higher coverage, up to 50%, is expected inland after 3 p.m.
