wyra leaned back as their chatter went on, slinging an arm around sawako to pull her in tight and feel her waist pursed into her fingers while she shifted her weight against y'shtola's side, kicking up her leg in a move of both total confidence and comfort. she had all she could ever want here in this moment, and it made her heart sing boldly in her chest. so much so that the captain began to spin a bit of a yarn, tales of adventures she had taken over the year with the scions at her side. sawako was amused, having heard the story plenty before to know which details wyra would play-up. y'shtola smirked, chiming in to express that it wasn't *quite* how she remembered it happening. wyra took feigned offense to her pride, but in truth she was anything but hurt. she knew her loves fancied her stories dearly, and they truly hung on her every word with smiles as warm as their cider

"i love you", they both said in concert when their presses finally broke away. wyra pulled her arms around them and returned their kisses a dozen fold apiece. she knew of no greater blessing than the love of sawako and y'shtola, and was moved to joyful tears where her boastful words lacked sufficient expression to tell them how much she loved them too
