had a great night at total wine. stuart has great taste. found our thanksgiving bottle. didn’t win the kahoot but was happy to come in second.

a row of wine bottles from our tasting. each bottle was rated over 90 points and ranged in price from 20-165$. above the wine bottles is a screen projecting the results of a kahoot game. i came in second. i was sandbagging for part of the game because i won the last two times and i hate when people target me for being good. or maybe i just drink too much. stuart, our facilitator and curator of the wines, is walking away from the camera.

had a really good morning: barista was nice and we had fun banter. played “chicken” with some people coming into the coffee shop as i came out. it’s wednesday, so my two favorite podcast dropped episodes. came into work with a smile on my face. i’m feeling good.

back in the classroom. built a utility cart to store my snacks. i measured and was sure it would be too tall to fit under my table. turns out i was wrong! super excited.

a four-drawer utility cart with drawers of progressively darker shades of green. it is on casters. it had a “wooden” top and metal piping. it fits perfectly underneath the tables in the classroom.
