Depends on how you left things with the R&R agent. Some request an exclusive R&R so while you may be able to keep the existing mss out with agents, you wouldn’t be able to share the new material under that agent passed. Each situation is a little different though so this very much depends. #AskDV

Yes there’s a great amount of info online about query letters! I personally feel the format is helpful to get the information I need to set my expectations for reading the pages. Sometimes people want to get jazzy with it and write form the characters POV but that is just confusing to me! #AskDV

I think you’ll find the most folks in the tried and true locations. I personally don’t intend to get a litconnect account because that becomes yet another thing I need to remember to manage. Email queries still work amazingly well! Query manager is great too! Pitch events like this are fab! #AskDV

Technically I would say MG is most often 8-12 and YA starts 13-18, however sometimes we see “upper middle grade” fudge these ages slightly. #AskDV
