HAHA// Here at CR &Co. we are always doing strange things to affect change, but #ICE thugs were ready to do something strange for a piece of change. 50K signing bonus? Nope, not upfront &those who got part of it are having to pay it back after failing belated background checks. youtu.be/Le5PVxyO5B0

Pouring a fortune into companies offering to wipe out humankind is old hat for investors in the military-industrial complex. That source of satire was already exhausted in the 1950s.

Quoting// "Freedom of speech means freedom from rhetoric." ⸻ #UmbertoEco Eco's example was, that after years of listening to #Mussolini's grandiloquent bombast, a few sincere words uttered by the partisan leader #Mimo was a source of joy. Hollow rhetoric thrives where free speech is curtailed.

Image of a man shouting thru a megaphone: with the words "WORDS HAVE POWER!" coming out of it. Underneath, the caption: "TELL THAT TO A TSUNAMI"

Apropos of everything: Poet-activist John Trudell said: “Protect your spirit, because you are in the place where spirits get eaten.”

Torturer to man bound and gagged in a cage: "How is this abuse exactly, if I've hardly laid a finger on you?"

The time the #Beatles toured the segregated American South. This's a story that needs to be heard, about how famous musicians can act responsibly by using their fame to affect real social change #EdSheeran #music #segregation #apartheid youtube.com/shorts/UV_JE...

All these documentaries suddenly appeared in my YouTube feed>>One was about singer-songwriter Daniel Johnston 1961-2019 Daniel was wild. "He spent some time in Bellevue, a day or two, was released due to a clerical error and actually opened for Firehose at CBGB's that night." youtu.be/qXAwQAW7t54

The term ALLIEDSPIN in red caps outlined in black on a graphpaper background and surrounded by a resize parameter box. Trust me bro: It looks better than it sounds.
