日本で友達を作ろうとしているんです。新宿近辺で一緒に遊びたい人いませんか？仮面ライダーダイナーに行ったり、街を散策してショッピングモールとか行ったり。とにかく新しい人に出会いたいんです！ I'm trying to make friends in Japan. Is there anyone around Shinjuku who wants to hang out with me? We could go to Kamen Rider Diner, walk around the city, to the mall. I'd really like to meet new people!

Been in Japan for a little over a week. It's been Sentai and Kamen Rider Heaven. Went to the Kamen Rider/Sentai Diner, Super Sentai Exhibition, Kamen Rider Kuuga Exhibit, and saw the Kamen Rider Gavv final Live Show. I've also bought to much. So worth it! #kamenrider #supersentai

Craziest thing I've found at work? Yep, I think these equally win. They were just buried under old product that had collapsed in a warehouse. Just, insane.

Got approval to take a month off in October for Japan!!!! Just a few more things before I buy my tickets, but I've already done the research and what not so I basically just need to pay for it. I'm so hyped! Anyone in Japan wanna hang out? I need Japan friends to hang out with, cuz I'm going solo!

When you decide to treat yourself after work, head to the best sushi place in town, and no one is there. I'm all alone, in the legit best sushi place in LA and it's the greatest. いただきます

Oh look, my new chair showed up just in time! 🌡️🥵

A single seater chair made of ice blocks. I do hope my insurance company covers the eventual flood when this thing melts.

Was your Free Comic Book Day as good as mine or did you go to one of those scummy shops that only give you 2 or 3 free comics if you signed up for their mail list or with purchase? I got them all from one place, I also made sure everyone else did too! Was an incredible day! Which comic was your fav?

Allenolantern @allenolantern.bsky.social · 20/04/2025

Yesterday was 96 degrees, today it was under 45. I'm absolutely freezing, I can't get warm no matter what I do. Took a 4 hour nap watching gravity falls.

Final designs for the Gambit SDCC exclusives. There were 16 total choices I had made, and this was the one that was chosen. I already finished the digital mock ups but I can't show those right now. I'm surprised they chose this one, it was experimental as hell.

I did this! But when to not able to eat any peppers to eating The Last Dab regularly. It's crazy how your taste buds change

Allenolantern @allenolantern.bsky.social · 17/03/2025

Oh God no, I've ate a HUGE bag of them... By myself... Withing 20 minutes... My tongue was bleeding and hurt for 2 weeks. Save the sour Skittles or feel the rainbow

Are we playing this game as Brutus?

Got to read this quite a bit early. So hyped, especially the Power Rangers Prime. All I will say, it has Denjiman feels, you'll know why when you read it on Free Comic Book Day. Or if you know me well, you'd know what I mean by Denjiman feels. VR troopers is sick also! Wish I could say/show more.

Designed my own Gochizo! Based on the Golden Gaytime ice cream bar. Might actually get it printed for the Kamen Rider Agito Gochizo. If anyone wants the sticker sheet let me know, I might make them available! #kamenridergavv #icecream #goldengaytime #gochizo

Zenkai zenkai! Should I made a Gavv and Gozyuger version?

010

Allenolantern @allenolantern.bsky.social · 22/02/2025

When you find that good local hole in the wall spot, better than any corp restaurant for sure. Especially sushi. I have one place in Los Angeles I've eaten every single item on the menu multiple times and would kill to do it again.

How easy is it to just quit your entire life and move to Japan? Been debating that more and more lately.

010

Allenolantern @allenolantern.bsky.social · 11/02/2025

Let's be honest, John Candy would have been the voice of Peter Griffin. And it would have been perfection.
