Worth remembering that Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent declined to accredit three news organizations to the G20 meeting because he was angry about their reporting. This is part of a long-running pattern.

Would just like to be clear in banning journalists the President is attacking journalism. It’s not the individual news organizations or reporters who matter. It’s the ability to report on the government how ever they see fit without retribution from the government.

Lack of cash flow more likely. How long did that cash flow manager they hired stay? 8 months? It’s a sick company that has massively over inflated their situation in public statements. If they went public and had to show their financials can you imagine what would happen to Oracle stock??

Just two weeks ago, the federation also basically said that everything was fine, that there was nothing wrong with Russia returning to the world championships, music and culture. We must not allow this, because this is exactly how normalization happens, and support [for Ukraine] may decrease.

Tarif reform. Lower rates. Easier access to labor via a hugely expensive visa scheme. Get all of it working and housing could get moving. Hit one button and not others and you get warped responses.

Cars. Unless you hit it with massive cash and here again since buyers care about monthly payments, sellers will be able charge more. Look at builder price rises and profitability when rates went to sub 3%. They didn’t build more they charged more. So supply. Regulation reform (stormwater management)

Supply isn’t necessarily the single biggest factor. The input costs into housing is very high. There is not one fix. Lumber tariffs hit lumber prices hard. Loss of labor supply keeps labor costs high. Builders need a lot of the same materials to develop a lot that data centers need and that keeps
