Another Dutch 3D Archery Championship is done and dusted. Two challenging courses, but that's never a bad thing. Yesterday in the 3 arrow round I had to use the 2nd arrow a lot more than I wanted which affected my score. That also got me worrying about today's single arrow hunter round.

Fixing a puncture on my bike, my car is in the garage, has been for almost a week, I'm wondering if the previous owner twisted the inner tube. After a fair amount of swearing I'm still not sure I got the twist out. Also, who thought hub brakes and gears were a good idea?
