I worked in a kitchen in a NY bar for about 5 shifts total, having gotten about 2 minutes training from the co-owner who was a drunk at the bar. One time my co-worker was on shrooms during the shift. Another time another co-worker was stoned and flooded the entire bar. I'll never trust food again.
