Because more inherited wealth is going to make Britain a better place. What a load of tosh.

Kemi dislikes Paddington. She always roots for the baddies. He’s an illegal immigrant see.

The Tories are going to give the £10bn to Michelle Mone aren’t they? She’s just created a new high tech defence business in the Isle of Man.

We’re comparing a manufacturing and creative company with the last hunter/gatherer activity, and one which has to be controlled really tightly or else all the fish get caught and there are no more. Whereas there is no goblin quota that GW has to manage. They can produce infinitely.

“Take back control” they said. Turns out this was something better controlled as part of a larger group of countries.

Given that dice rolls represent moments where were introducing chance, and therefore consequence, I’m with you that we want people focused on the roll - and able to see it. I don’t understand why we need dice roller gadgets. We literally have a 5000 year old technology that still works best.

Alice is Missing is probably the most intense rpg experience I’ve had. Played online using only text.

The combination of ‘extend benefits to the high paid’ and reduce inheritance tax suggest Kemi doesn’t really want to win. She’s too busy listening to people who are only ever going to vote for her anyway.

These are just instances of normalising Council Tax in the boroughs where the Tories have managed historically to keep them unnaturally low. This means improving services for people who need them.

My friend spent a year as the Master of the Balmoral, its sister ship. His friend was the Master of the Waverley 25 odd years ago. We went down the Thames on it on the bridge. What views. And very cheap booze. Need to go on it again.

Where did you start?
The cover of the Tunnels & Trolls rulebook.

A huge green troll stands threateningly overlooking an adventurer surrounded by treasure. The adventurer is blasting him with a spell, likely Take That You Fiend.

She always strikes me as an over-caffeinated sixth former. Full of energy and the conviction that she’s absolutely right about everything because people find her wearing and don’t argue.

I imagine they’re working flat out in the Cabinet Office to work out how to ferret back from ‘we’ve foiled a massive Iranian plot’ to ‘we caught some wrong ‘uns with illegal diesel/drugs/dogging’. Especially given how big Trump and Rubio have gone on it. We live in an Armando Iannucci world.

Watching Slow Horses before bed and waking up to yesterday morning’s wall to wall coverage felt like I’d slipped into Mick Herron’s head. Even more so now they’ve bailed the suspects. The greatest security minds now trying to work out how to get out of this fix.

Your work is great. Rather than commissions have you spoken people about using your images as is? Can definitely think of things they’d suit brilliantly.

Afternoon slated to help teenager and his pal sort out their DofE Silver route plan. They’ve gone out and said “we’ll do it this evening”. Running One Ring this evening, so perhaps we merge the two activities and do it with a couple of Travel rolls.

I tend to think it’s a marker of a WFRP like sensibility- which I take as a good thing. So I also expect it to have a dose of GW 80s humour (minus the bits you wouldn’t do now).

I can see myself only wearing a poppy on 11/11 and to the Remembrance service this year. Am sick of jewelled ones on Strictly, crappy plastic ones on cars all year, the nationalism that combines it with flags, etc. Might get more provocative and go white.

Shouldn’t we be angry that so many people can’t survive on what they’re being paid? And doesn’t that mean that UC is in many cases a business subsidy (enabling low pay) rather than a benefit to workers?

100%. Sometimes people already have setting familiarity (TOR, Alien, etc). But I think setting and context capture your imagination and chargen is the first thing you can do by yourself. So having it early is important.

I’ve had a long day after a long weekend. Did I really just see Charlotte Church slapping down Ed Sheeran and covering the Dead Kennedys? Or do I need to have a lie down?

I think a bit about setting and context needs to come first. Otherwise you don’t know where these characters are from. Detailed mechanics can come after.
