🧪 FINDINGS: we live on a Highly Sensitive Planet. As someone diagnosed as a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP and it’s a personality trait not a disorder), I can attest that screaming “you’re too sensitive!” doesn’t help but removing triggering stimuli does. Decarbonize now. Also why so few reposts? 👇
