A wonderful opportunity to attend the Ed Scot I2H10 conference in Dundee yesterday to share some of my learning journey. Grateful to @uofgheadship.bsky.social for making it possible and @alisonmitchelluofg.bsky.social for her support and encouragement. 👏🏻

Grateful for the opportunity to contribute an article to this journal - a wonderful collection of academic models informed by the front-line experience of practitioners which brings powerful approaches to genuine change at classroom level. #AlwaysALearner #SharpenOurSaw
