For your UK audience, this took me back to a tweet by the wonderful creation (by Neil Forsyth) of Bob Servant, sometime politician. Trump gives 'Bob' a run for his money every day. Life imitates art 6 years behind.

Yes, it isn't obvious but if you poke a finger (or mouse) at the actual +ALT letters on your picture preview the box appears where you can type in the alt text.
