An unwilling student? Possibly not willing to go to school, but everyone is motivated by SOMETHING. It is the teachers responsiblity to find that motivation. Obviously modern education systems do not allow teachers to be as great as they could be. IMO

In a sense I agree, self-aware skynet is a very low probability. However, unanticipated interactions between operating systems that have been patched together by thousands of caffeine addled coders inadvertently shutting down reactors and opening spillways? That is the fear I have.

Tax billionaires out of existence. In fact, we can argue about a MAXIMUM amount of wealth an individual can have, but we NEED a number. IMO base it on an exorbitant daily amount over an average lifespan. After that, the rest goes back to the society that helped create the wealth in the first place.
