The 9th ‘Silent Leges Inter Arma?’ Conference was held in Bruges from 15 to 18 September 2026. It was a great pleasure to chair a stimulating panel on the non-intervention principle in today’s world, featuring Prof. Marko Milanovic, Prof. (Em.) Terry D. Gill, and Ms. Lauren Kenis.
