Going back to regular 3 or 4 times a week at the gym tomorrow. Of the 11 months I’ve been going this time round, I’ve missed 2 weeks for holidays, 2 weeks for being ill and 1 week for just not having the time/energy. Need to focus on that as a positive and get back to it.
