Alex Olsen Pang @alexpang.bsky.social · 16/09/2026Any source on that? Not that I doubt it but that seems like an easy bug to fix. 000
Alex Olsen Pang @alexpang.bsky.social · 05/09/2026Needs more glue like a buss compressor and same reverb on piano and the bass or something. It sounds like they are in different rooms. 011
Alex Olsen Pang @alexpang.bsky.social · 05/09/2026Its mac os there is no walled garden. Learn a little about it before criticizing. 160
Alex Olsen Pang @alexpang.bsky.social · 31/08/2026It looks much better without the Gaussian blur in my opinion 000
Alex Olsen Pang @alexpang.bsky.social · 30/08/2026No it does not, and you cant use wireshark to check because it is not present on macos, only ios. But it works without internet so its a fully on device feature. 100
Alex Olsen Pang @alexpang.bsky.social · 30/08/2026Face recognition is not generative ai. The way it works is completely unrelated to image generation. It uses maths from computer vision and a lot of matrix transformations . I made face recognition functions at University back in the day. This stuff was available back in 2017… 100
Alex Olsen Pang @alexpang.bsky.social · 30/08/2026You need to say yes, when offered, I did not, so the features are disabled. Its not like windows, you have a choice. 110
Alex Olsen Pang @alexpang.bsky.social · 30/08/2026Ai centric? I dont have a single ai feature? What are you talking about? 100
Alex Olsen Pang @alexpang.bsky.social · 23/08/2026Browser based is a bad idea. Making it interface with vsts will be unsafe and might be impossible. So it might not do what people use a DAW for hosting plugins and send midi to them. 100
Alex Olsen Pang @alexpang.bsky.social · 09/08/2026Oh wow! Its so strange that electronics made this! 110
Alex Olsen Pang @alexpang.bsky.social · 08/08/2026Yes!!! But it might be slightly less bad since people wont be walking on them. However, this will make rail maintenance much harder for no reason. Just put it on a roof! 070
Alex Olsen Pang @alexpang.bsky.social · 08/08/2026This is stupid, but the solar panels on the roof. Why do people try to put them on random locations like floors or in between rails? They are like 20% less efficient without an angle. People tried solar roads they are ultra dumb and dont work. 110
Alex Olsen Pang @alexpang.bsky.social · 02/08/2026No f117 has a twin tail in order to avoid 90 degree angles. This one does not. 000
Alex Olsen Pang @alexpang.bsky.social · 01/08/2026Go to the gym and you will feel better at 30 than at 20. 1110
Alex Olsen Pang @alexpang.bsky.social · 27/07/2026This looks shockingly like a crt! Just add some spatial distortion around the corner and it would look just like a crt! 000
Reposted by Alex Olsen PangThomas Feichtmeir @cyangmou.bsky.social · 22/07/2026I am so proud of my girlfriend. She made a solodev indiegame for the last 3 years and it just released. It would mean the world to me if you could show her some love and appreciation and share her game! 24116
Alex Olsen Pang @alexpang.bsky.social · 21/07/2026I’m not surprised, my opinion of facebook cannot be any lower… 001
Alex Olsen Pang @alexpang.bsky.social · 17/07/2026This looked rad! I remember ui was very cool back in the day!! 000
Alex Olsen Pang @alexpang.bsky.social · 16/07/2026Correct. Analog has more fidelity in time domain compared to dynamic range. Like vinyl is like 12bit of dynamic range compared to cds 16bit. But time wise i dont belive it is limited. 000
Alex Olsen Pang @alexpang.bsky.social · 16/07/2026No you were very far off. It is digital. The picture I attached is what an analog computer looks like. I am being pedantic, but you guys are using technical terms and I am an electronics engineer so there. 120
Alex Olsen Pang @alexpang.bsky.social · 16/07/2026The definition of analogue is that the signal is continuous, without 1 and 0. Think vinyl vs a cd or mp3. 220
Alex Olsen Pang @alexpang.bsky.social · 10/07/2026Yeah my cousin has one. I tried it and it sounds cursed. It has a very trippy filter, at high resonance it sounds like a scream. The build quality on it is terrible, compared to a equally priced Roland or Korg its shocking how cheap soviet stuff feels. 0150
Alex Olsen Pang @alexpang.bsky.social · 03/07/2026I lost all my mac games because steam lied. Internet infrastructure is not as solid as it seams. Physical media is the best way to preserve things. 110
Alex Olsen Pang @alexpang.bsky.social · 29/06/2026Very cool guy. He has a podcast called better offline. He published open ais financial data recently. 000
Alex Olsen Pang @alexpang.bsky.social · 23/05/2026This is why I am never surprised when some content creator I really gell with has ADHD, they know how keep something interesting!! 010
