I’ve been thinking back to my visit last year to the memory garden at Basing House, a dedicated place of calm for parents grieving the loss of a baby. The garden was created by Hampshire Hospitals, Basing House, and Jasmine Wheaton and Matt Snook.

Help rebuild our hospital The Conservatives broke their promise to rebuild the hospital by 2030, leaving our brilliant healthcare staff working in unacceptable conditions, and patients are paying the price. This cannot go on any longer.

I also want to highlight the Baton of Hope, a national campaign working to end the stigma around suicide by getting people talking. Last year I was honoured to carry the Baton as it passed through on its national tour, and I continue to follow the brilliant work they do standing up to suicide.
