been thinking about maybe writing a children’s book. idk why but that idea has been circling in my head lately. no idea what it’d be about tho

we’ve got these at work, but surely the scents are backwards? Spongebob’s should be pineapple and Patrick should be bubblegum, right?

two bottles of Spongebob body wash. the bottle with Patrick is pineapple scented, with Spongebob‘s being bubblegum

i only ordered it on Sunday but it’ll be here tomorrow, apparently. can’t wait, holly it’ll give me a reason (and a kick up the arse) to get back into journaling. especially with the One Piece Hobonichi covers also arriving in the next week or two

i’ve wanted a Pilot 74 for a few years now but couldn’t quite justify the roughly £200 price tag. then i saw one for sale on Big Pen for £130. suspiciously low for it; even pre-owned ones rarely dip below £150. i’d ordered from them before with no issues so went for it.

i get why the queer community is as sex positive as it is, though as an asexual who is uncomfortable with that sort of thing, i do feel out of place in it, y’know?

been craving pizza all day, so came home and popped one in the oven. figured by the time i apply hair dye it’d be done. it was. well done. burned :( so wanted something easy to replace it; a Pot Noodle, curry flavour, awesome. AND I DROPPED THE FUCKING THING ON CARPET! FUCK!!!!!

i also watched the new Resident Evil movie, or as i call it “Daddy Bryan’s Big Bad Day”. it was very good! i saw some people hating on it because of the humour but i didn’t think it was over the top. it’s pretty gross and had a few moments i was genuinely surprised by.

finally got around to watching the Mario Galaxy movie. sure was exactly that. i could just imagine that soy-jack pogging and pointing behind him every time they put in a Nintendo reference.

there’s a pride event happening tomorrow in a town not too far from me, but getting there would be a pain. they used to do a bus straight there but cancelled it. now, i’d need to take a bus to another town before catching a train. honestly too much fuss for something i’m not sure id fully enjoy

Been playing Granblue Fantasy Versus Rising on Switch 2 and it’s honestly a lot of fun. some cool ideas here. seemingly a ton of customisation here like being able to change character portraits on the select screen, weapon skins, and you can actually earn the paid alternate costumes by playing.

i’m really not adventurous when it comes to food. i’m autistic and white so textures and spices don’t vibe with me. tha said i tried some hot sauces on my fajitas tonight. Tobasco is aggressive, immediately spiky, didn’t like it. Frank’s Red Hot sauce was nicer, but i don’t like the pepper flavour

playing Fire Emblem Fortune’s Weave and receiving a laser gun would minutes in reminds me of the developer interviews from around the time of Awakening, where they toyed with the idea of it being set in the future/space.

this new Movements album has been out for a couple of weeks now and it’s completely soul draining. “what’s the point in getting better when the game is rigged?” “no amount of painting could cover ever all the breaks in my foundation, so i lie, yeah everything is fine” 10/10 would recommend.

I find it hard to believe that this is the natural fashion that developed in the world of hyrule, but at least for young link you can kind of head canon that a bunch of forest fairies with nothing else to do might spend a lot of time decorating their clothes

might be doing too much here but I kind of like how out of place young link looks next to anyone that isn’t a kokiri. he’s grown up in a totally different context and culture to the rest of hyrule, and it really accentuates that. the kokiri are basically aliens to the rest of hyrule
