Alex Hillman @alexhillman.com · 16/12/2025yep i'm using yaml + typescript validators. just ran out of headroom when diff parts of the system became dependent on each other, the validators got REALLY complex. i.e. connecting our events system to our project management system, flag files was technically possible but became brittle. 120
