I’m getting ready to meet with my small group of four Year 7s on Wednesday. We’ll be focusing on anxiety. I've been shopping to buy a notepad and pen for each of them. I have found in the past it has really helped me when I write things down about how I have felt.

Feb hardest month of the year Xmas is a struggle but nothing compares 2 emotional weight this month carries U went in2 an induced coma on the 5th Your 19th bday came on the 18th a birthday u never got 2 celebrate on the 24th Feb 2016 you left us Daily I miss you more than I did the day before

2day is bday 10th 1 without C C always wanted 2 c Riverdance but we never got the chance 2 go together before she passed. I booked a ticket a while ago there were hardly any seats left. I got Row C Seat 19 C for Charlotte. 19 her age. I’m taking it as a sign.
