The non animated version as well because Bsky hates video and compresses shit to hell.

Sirloin Stockade steakhouse chain. Had a mean senior discount on sundays. The cow in my hometown burnt down once.

Annual gingerbread creation. My sister wanted a hobbit house to compete with an AI generated one she saw on insta. Ours is cuter.

Life update: I’m taking an oil painting class.

Photo of a canvas on a small easel in a large art studio classroom. On the canvas is a still life painting of some geometric forms: a cube, cylinder, sphere, and cone. Atop the cylinder there is a potted plant. Various painting supplies surround the canvas on a table.

It doesn’t get better than this

Various photos of decor and dishware in the ‘country goose’ theme of the 90’s. Including a goose shaped cookie jar wearing a hat and ribbon, glass jars with printed geese, and multiple glass drinking cups featuring geese illustrations.

Photo of a framed illustration of 3 geese wearing blue ribbons. Part of the ‘country goose’ design trend of the 90’s.

I’m hesitant to share a whole lot from my film. Mostly because it’s still so early in development but I’ve been trying to work on layout stuff and I like how this bg turned out.

Illustrated background depicting a small bathroom featuring a window, built-in tub/shower, toilet, and vanity. There is a plant and soaps on the windowsill. There are a few canisters of salt lying around the floor.

Made another ceramic swimming pool.

Photo of a kidney shaped ceramic trinket dish that resembles a swimming pool. It has a ladder and steps as well as a beach ball and inner tube. Tiles are painted on the outside and the inside has a glass water like texture. Other two photos are the same at different angles.

Made a poster for the music video I directed because I found out that it made it into a local festival only to realize the laurels look really bad on such a busy design 🫠

Poster that says ‘Up & Out’. The poster illustration features a clown, acrobat, and dog jumping away from the text which has an old school 3D pop out effect. The illustration features bright limited colors which have a watercolor texture. There are stars and abstract shapes all around.

Thalia. Acrylic on wood panel. 24”x36” Gonna start posting pieces from the show.

Painting of a woman, torso up. She is holding her arms and looking to the left. She has long dark hair. Colorful botanical shapes cut across her body and overlap one another creating a color block effect.

The opening was great! Here’s a picture of me standing awkwardly next to my self portrait.

Photo of OP who is wearing a brightly patterned jumpsuit standing next to a large painting which is a self portrait featuring the artist peeking out of a little house around her head.

Doing some viz dev for an upcoming project. Definitely not my usual style but fun nonetheless!

Digital sketches of girls in an ‘anime’ style. The sketch the left of a waist up portrait of a girl with bangs and shoulder length hair and a cropped tank top. She is looking towards the viewer and her mouth is slightly agape. The sketch in the right is a full body pose of a girl walking. She is wearing a sweater and skirt and has a ponytail. She is smiling and is holding a purse.

Time for a little self reflection lol.

BAD HABIT ARTIST BINGO
Note: I have placed parentheticals around the tiles in the bingo card which I have circled.

Tiles are as follows:

Row 1:
(alskdjflk.png)

Thinks using references is cheating

(One million WIPS)

(Comes up with ideas, does nothing)

Row 2:
Forgot to sleep/eat/etc

(The urge to draw in the most inconvenient times)

(Hunched over desk like a gremlin)

Forgets own art style

(Nearly finishes piece, hasn't saved the entire time)

(Fuck, wrong layer)

Row 3:

(Doesn't name layers)

Too hard on self

(FREE SPACE)

Saves 100 tutorials, uses none

(Backgrounds?
Don't know em.)

Row 4:
(Where's my pen/stylus?)

(100 empty sketchbooks)

(Forgot to
sign/watermark piece.)

Stylus/pen death grip.

Zooms in focuses on details
no one will see.

Row 5:
(Gets distracted in the middle of drawing with another idea)

Hides hands to avoid drawing them.

(Delicious anatomy, doesn't
want to give character clothes)

Same face syndrome.

(Forgot to flip the canvas.)

A winter scene observed on the golf course today #illustration #art #digitalart

Digital illustration. The scene depicted is a stark landscape of gentle hills and two leafless trees covered in snow. Two cross country skiers stand facing each other, smiling. In the foreground there is a sight hound standing, wearing a large puffer jacket and little booties. It faces the viewer.

studio studio studio studio!!!

Photo of a somewhat sparse white walled room. The room hosts a desk with an animation stand, an easel and canvas in the corner, some paintings leaned up against the wall and a fold up camping chair in the other corner. The floors are concrete.

QRP with the piece you’re proudest of for 2024. My favorite painting I did this year. Still so in love with the colors. #art #painting #medusa #artist

Painted portrait of Medusa holding a broken stone head. The image is chest up and is rendered in bright colors.
