Experimenting time. The most fun part of a project no idea where it will lead. I've been thinking about home mobility aids, hand rails mainly. And how climbing hand holds are just mobility aids in another form. #disabledartist #disabledjoy #mobilityaid #climbing #resincasting #selfcareissexy

1 week into #NeonCaverns being open @levelcentre taking advantage to share these super cute @polaroid snaps of the show. As my practice is growing I'm really starting to think about how I'm archiving my work more. The need for tangible physical connections to work is very strong #throwbackthursday

What a great night we had at the PV for Neon Caverns! Artist @alexbillingham.bsky.social has created such an amazing sensory experience! www.levelcentre.com/neon-caverns #LEVEL #LevelCentreRowsley #NeonCaverns #AlexBillingham #Sensory #Digital #Installation #Derbyshire#ArtsCharity #ACESupported

A darkened room. Inside the room is a pink and yellow neon fluffy sofa. On the floor is a circular mirror surrounded by pink crystals and colourful projections. A pink neon sign that says Neon Caverns hangs on the wall.

Two people stand together in a gallery corridor. They have their arms round each other smile happily. One looks at the camera while the other looks at them. The person on the left is dressed in a pink and blue tie die dress and has orange glasses on. The person on the right wears a bright red top and brown velvet jacket.

A brightly coloured kaleidoscope style projection on a wall. the camera is low down on the floor where there is a mirrored reflection of the projection and some pink crystals.

When your amazing partner gets you beautiful roses and you immediately hug them then get to work filming 😊 I've been amazed by just how much people have been caring for each other / checking in / having compassion. Currently in full editing mode for my solo show @levelcentre

Recovery time! St Ives was amazing but took it out of me so this weekend I've been in recovery, allowing my body to rest up and heal. Starting to do work again today but its important to listen to your body and build in recovery where you can

Hello World. I've taken a wee break from social media following M3tas choice to support hate. Also to give myself some time off as I've been very busy with a lot of admin / editing. But had to pop back as I got to see these beautiful pictures from Disturbance the residency ugly duck

Guess I'd better introduce myself then. I'm an artist from the West Midlands UK with a pet tortoise called Zuul and a love of Vintage Scifi. A lot of my work looks at how we coexist with the planet although its often in a funny playful way. Escaping the meta trap.
