About 130 U.S. refineries make America’s diesel. The oil in those stills is mostly U.S. crude plus Canadian heavy (62%). Mexico (6%), Saudi (4), Iraq (3), Latin America (6-7%) fill the rest. The U.S. buys ZERO Russian crude or Russian diesel. The ban has held since March 2022.
