So I'm in holidays and spending the entire day with my son. We walked, a lot, ended up in Akihabara, found this nice shop and I guess, Welcome to Warhammer. It's been 5 hours of painting, I have 1 rat done so far.

I have to admit, I wasn't sure I'll like Elden Ring. I've played all other Souls games. The fact that it's so popular worries me it's become too mainstream. My son found a severed finger, died to a boss trap, woke up in a dungeon and is now dying to a giant gargoyle cat statue several times. Classic

I have a metal candy box in the shape of a coffin from some Halloween candy. Tiny craft bottles 2" tall where I put rolled up paper with magical effect for potions. Rolled paper with spell names for scrolls. And one (exactly one) terrain with three tiles 5', 7' and 10' tall to simulate elevation.

That's what I wanted to do, but my players already have a Halfling and an elf, so I prefer to let them play what they want. Maybe for one-shots I can restrict the classes to human only.

It leans into the whole magic is chaotic by nature mechanic. Because Elves are magical by nature they are Chaotic, and "evil" or "unholy", as all Clerics claim.
