I'm not necessarily a history buff, but Columbus' group were generally more trained and disciplined, along with having better gear compared to the natives. It may have been an expeditionary force, but something like that has to be prepared for anything when venturing into unknown territory.

Yes, the 'hair' that Sashimi has is just water, with metal caps at the end of them, all of which drop the moment that her concentration on maintaining them is broken due to sudden events like her tail abruptly fwoomphing up even larger.

Teleportation spell that seems to work fine on some of the test objects, but when used on yourself, end up finding that not only is it not as precise as anticipated, but each of the random warps results in one being a little smaller. And it keeps firing off randomly due to another grave error...

Stone Tower looks to be a regular dungeon at first, but once you get the light arrows and hit the switch outside the entrance with one, it suddenly flips and you are treated to an inverse version of it, with its own challenges and even chances to flip the gravity again for some of the rooms.

Majora's Mask had a couple as well in the form of the snowy mountain and Ikana Canyon dungeons. The former had you raise a central pillar that while you had to knock out pieces to progress, you actually had to be selective on a couple of cases in order to keep access to the next parts.

"Go on..." the banette smirked as she gaze down at the smaller one before her, resting on her side with her head resting in a hand.

She would give the tired figure a little nudge with a claw from her unoccupied hand, the tip bending a little from such but otherwise would only make the figure tilt slightly.

"You want to know how many there are, right?" she asked with her smirk widening, seeing the head of the smaller one look up at her. She could see the subtle glow that their eyes had, the curse she possessed having taken hold of them well before this point.

The glows of the copies removed from her also echoed the question, spiraling down and around their spot, some laughing, some simply watching with enthusiasm, all with the same goal in mind. A whimper came out from the smaller one as they looked back to the zipper on the smallest and most recent copy of the banette, their hand grabbing the zipper and slowly pulled it down, showing the back of another copy nestled within. Their hand would reach in and fish it out, another round of shrinkage hitting them to make the newest doll look to be the same size as the last, the previous one vanishing from their spot to become another glowing smile and thus joining the rest.

"Keep going." the banette stated with a chuckle. "There's still more to remove."

Another whimper and the tiny figure would comply, much to the glee of the crowd of banettes around them.

Folks are terrified of spiders by default, but when they are the size of a house in comparison? That makes them far, far more dangerous. Folks always gravitate towards the whimsical side of being shrunk, but almost always skirt over just how dangerous being that small can be.

Bonus points in that it has to be every single piece and crumb of a cake to be eaten to fully nullify an instance of it, in that they have to search every single square inch to make sure that there aren't any remaining. If one's a particularly messy eater, there can be a lot of cakes the next day.
