My parents listened to country music when I was growing up in the 80’s, so Dolly has been a part of my life since I was young. Even though my tastes have changed, Dolly's music still makes me happy. This is how I'll remember her most- her 1985 Christmas special with Kenny Rogers, still a favorite.

I have an idea for a super cool (although not terribly original) Halloween costume, but I'd have to make at least part of it, and it would be a lot of work. Considering that I only dress up for work and what has become a small party that's usually over by 10:30, I'm not sure if it's worth it.
