USA went all the way from sanctions to pressure Russia into ending the war to fucking buying "massive amounts of oil" (c) from Russia and thanking Putin? I keep thinking nothing will surprise me anymore, and yet, another day, another what the fuck.

My tremolo picking could use more work but this is the best take I've been able to get. This is the guitar solo from Fake Plastic Trees by Radiohead. It's my favorite song of all time <3

Worse still, if the AI hallucinated a "fix" to a problem that is not actually a problem or reproducible, the test just reinforces its hallucination and makes it think that code was needed 😒

This might just be the best song to jam to on guitar that I've learned so far. Cannot wait to do a cover!

Reminder that AI agents can just ignore your suggestion to not crawl 😒 What's even more concerning is some of these paths being requested seem like malicious attempts.

This is huge! I had to jump through a few hoops to get this working for a web component I made and it felt so awkward: github.com/AleksandrHov... Looking forward to it landing in all browsers natively someday!

Those ads are sadly everywhere now. I see gambling ads nonstop on Twitch, sometimes back to back. I reckon in 10 yrs or so we're going to see some very harmful consequences from kids growing up around gambling, unless we put a stop to it now.

This one was fun... took more attempts than I can count. It is not a particularly difficult song but I was not used to doing pull-offs with my pinky, and since I use a pick most of the time my thumb had to get used to hitting the right bass notes.

I don't like classifications like "beginner," "intermediate," and "advanced" for guitar songs, because they seem to imply progress happens in discrete stages. You can be good at an advanced song while being a beginner, but still struggle with a "simple" song. Ignore the labels, just play 🤷

It's always a tell of someone's age and literacy when they make that claim. It's a really weird fixation, though. Everyone's now an LLM detective and if you so much as use a single em dash you're immediately under investigation 😒

It's not a war, it is a war, we are in a stalemate, we won the war 30 times already, we may start and win the war again and continue to do so indefinitely but not for much longer soon very soon it will be over it already is over actually 30 times did they tell you that we are winners we always win

Since we now own nothing and everything's a subscription, I've started buying some of my favorite artists' music through Bandcamp to listen offline. You get much higher quality formats too compared to the compressed ones on streaming platforms.

Sure is! I keep mixing up some of the chord switches. It's a surprisingly complex song. Very fun to play along to though.

Reality Awaits is really growing on me. I know some folks don't like the autotune but imo it fits Julian's voice really well, and is done artistically rather than as a crutch. "Falling out of love" is probably my favorite track music.youtube.com/playlist?lis...
