I build a hobbit camper from scratch! This complete camper build takes you on a journey from bare trailer frame, through floor and wall framing, to its uniquely carved roof shingles. And it's a foam camper build! Otherwise known as a foamie. As my first try at a rigid foamboard camper, I share the tough aspects of building this way and how I made the foam bend along with much, much more detail. The camper is lightweight, surprisingly sturdy, economically built and would be a magical addition to any Renaissance fair. To make this the most economical build yet, efficiently and thoughtfully like a hobbit, I used a ton of scrap material from my garage and a trailer that I already had. As of the video release it has 152 miles on it with no issues and we've taken it camping once.
