Brewing a big ol’ barleywine for Christmas today. Goldings and Challenger hops, treacle, ginger, orange, cinnamon, and will age on Pedro Jimenez soaked oak chips for a few weeks. Should be around 10%. #homebrew

Thought I’d get into the seasonal spirit so I brewed a spiced pumpkin latte porter. Comes in at 7.2%. A bit heavy on the coffee but hopefully that’ll fade a bit to let the spices shine.
