And by the end, I was tired of the sex scenes and just wanted them to be over with. 'Boo, this sex sucks! Get back to the dragons!' You'd hear me shout from my car during my break at work. I'm just astonished. I enjoyed the saucy bits more in YA literature where it's just a few sentences... 😭

I read the Fourth Wing series by Rebecca Yarros. And, like. The world-building is good? Unga bunga, me like dragons. Me like fantasy. What me don't like is the romance in this book. It feels so incredibly flat and forced (imo). Am I just jaded? I read all 3 books-
